Our new Teacher will:
- Have high aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards.
- Have the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage learners who have communication difficulties.
- Have high expectations for the behaviour and wellbeing of children.
- Develop and implement EHCPs and individual learning strategies.
- Work closely with parents and carers and other professionals to support each child’s development.
- Have the knowledge and skills necessary to plan an exceptional, adapted curriculum.
- Be supportive of our Catholic character so that we live out our vision and intent.
