Level 1/2 Teaching Assistant

Overview

The Academy Council and Trust Board of this good school are looking for an enthusiastic Level 1/2 Teaching Assistant to join our very popular, expanding school, on a fixed-term contract, term-time only, 5 days, 30-31.25 hours per week, 8.45/9.00am to 3.00pm.

To start as soon as possible.

As a Teaching Assistant working in our school it’s essential that you:

· Are a positive, caring and energetic ‘can-do’ attitude

· Have experience of working successfully with children

· Are highly motivated in caring for vulnerable children

· Have the ability to give feedback and support in order for children to make progress in their learning

· Have an understanding of how to safeguard children

Salary & Benefits

SCP 2-4/5-6 

Salary from £15,196 to £16,910 per annum dependent on experience and hours worked.
