Job Advert & Description
The Governors of The Holy Family Catholic School wish to appoint a Pastoral Administrator. The Pastoral Administrator will be part of a wider pastoral team who are critical in supporting the behaviour, learning and well-being of our students throughout the whole of their time with us at the school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating, analysing and managing the on-call system, detentions, reports, our time out facility and the pastoral base.
The role will involve providing an efficient and effective administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher and pastoral team, being responsible for creating and updating student pastoral information, and being an important link in liaising with parents/carers, and relevant school staff.
