37 hours per week - TTO + 5 days. 5 days a week 8:00 - 16:00
Fixed Term 1 year in the first instance

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working in a similar role.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Is able to work on their own initiative, prioritising day to day work.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to pupils to help them engage in learning, develop positive behaviour, and achieve their personal and academic goals.
- Support teaching staff in maintaining a purposeful and safe learning environment, preparing materials and resources as needed.
- Supervise and mentor pupils needing additional guidance to ensure progress, both academically and emotionally.
- Promote positive values and relationships, liaising effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
- Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and review processes, keeping accurate records and assisting in transition, SEN, and pastoral meetings.
